This is a very crude model, though I tried ti be as fair as possible, the intention was clearly to get a grip over Excel, Modeling and Valuation Terms rather than having a deep study of business. The nos. put here like Re-investment rate, Future Cost of Capital etc. have not been derived after any sort of study, analyst's estimates etc. but I have tried to be as rational as possible while keeping them so. Again the model do not contain any projected statements such as P&L, BS of CF etc. My next posting will surely contain a detailed and may be a more complex models.
The model has been created with the help of Prof. A. Damodaran's older fin - model, but it has been changed wherever I thought it was needed to do so. Feedbacks invited.
